PERTH AMBOY – An 18-unit residential building may be coming to Market Street, within walking distance of the Perth Amboy Train Station, but the project may need to overcome some hurdles to be developed.Applicant Market 215 LLC is scheduled to go before the city's Zoning Board of Adjustment at 7 p.m. Nov. 30 to present plans for the multifamily residential building at 215 Market St., between 1st and 2nd streets.The property is located in a residential zone where multifamily housing is not permitted, according to legal papers.
