The third annual Greater Middlesex Conference Soccer for a Cause Charity Festival took place on Saturday at three locations in North Brunswick and Metuchen. The charity event aids pediatric cancer patients and other children in need for the Marisa Tufaro Foundation and Go4theGoal organizations. Those involved also collected nonperishable food items for REPLENISH, a food back that serves Middlesex County. The Marisa Tufaro Foundation, which was founded six years ago, has donated more than $300,000 to assist pediatric patients and underserved children throughout the greater Middlesex County area.
